Matt graduated from the Open University with a degree in English Literature and Language. He joined Financial Planning Concepts in April 2024 after many years working as an effective, enthusiastic technology and software support manager with a passion for learning, a history of working under his own initiative and having illustrated a methodical approach to problem solving. He now works closely with Jerry and Tyler to deliver an effective financial planning service for our clients.
Matt has a black belt in karate and is an instructor and sensei (3rd Dan) with Cornwall Karate having been involved in the sport since he was a child.
As if the above wasn’t impressive enough, he is also a children’s book author who is currently working on a series of Bean Buddies story books for 3 to 7 year olds.
Matt lives in Redruth and has two children aged 18 and 20.
